Combine the sugars, eggs, oil, water, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg and mix until blended (either by hand or with an electric mixer on low speed). In a separate bowl. combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gently mix and slowly add to the wet mixture until incorporated. Add the pumpkin and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Freezes very well.
