I am the kind of person (a little OCD … alright, a lot OCD) who needs to know the expiration date on everything! It’s not always easy to keep track of your eggs and their age. I know that some folks like to put the date of the egg on the egg itself with pencil, but I can’t – I just can’t! This egg skelter speaks right to my little OCD heart in that the eggs are placed into it in the order they are collected. I always know that the egg at the very bottom is the oldest and the egg at the very top is the latest. If you don’t refrigerate your eggs, this looks amazing on a counter top. They also come in a nice variety of colors. Now I can rest assured that I’m using my eggs in the order they are collected (unless someone mixes up the eggs on me…that would be mean – very mean!).
