Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Measure all ingredients into a large bowl and beat on medium speed for approximately 1 minute. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. You can also use two 8½ x 4½ x 2½ loaf pans or into individual muffin cups. Adjust baking time accordingly.
